JK Seva has grown the business mindfully since 1995 through acquisitions across specific industries to deliver quality services.

We are one of the longest running Infor (Lawson S3) and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) consulting partners with Kastle and JAT having over 25 collective years of business experience. Our foundation has been technical development, system administration, functional consulting, reporting, training, support and integrated services.

In 2005, Kastle Consulting’s assets were acquired by Application Workz including the name, clients, agreements, and proprietary information.

In 2012, Application Workz acquired the assets of the Infor and Kronos practices of JAT Computer Consulting including personnel, partnerships, client agreements, proprietary information, hardware and software.

Officially founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2013, Kastle Consulting and JAT Computer Consulting officially became

JK Seva, Inc.

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO and CTO, Mr. Kastle brings extensive Information Systems Management, integrated business application design and development, system, database and security administration, and business systems support expertise to his role at JK Seva.

Mr. Kastle has been a business owner in software consulting, a consultant for more than 25 years, a development manager, business systems support manager, and a system admin and developer for more than 30 years. After his time in the National Guard and obtaining his technical education and training, Mr. Kastle immediately went into development then moved up to management at a Fortune 500 company. He led development teams for various projects including ERP and HCM (especially Infor). He even became a certified technical trainer as well. Over the last decade, Mr. Kastle has been working with Workforce Management as well as ERP (specifically UKG and Infor) Mr. Kastle has the unique ability to communicate and work with senior management, mid-level and lower management, analysts, super users, and end users to make each individual be understood and articulate each aspect of the project technically.

Mr. Kastle’s career path has taken him through many development, leadership, and management positions. From Fortune 500 to startups, working in technical administration and development for the past 30 years. Mr. Kastle’s keen development background combined with his communication ability to all levels of employees including senior management within a compamy, brings a talent that isn’t easily matched in ERP, HCM and Workforce Management. With Mr. Kastle on our executive team, we are poised for high quality in development for the future.

Bill Mitchell


As President, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for leading the business development activities, overseeing services and staffing, and developing key partnerships to enhance our brand. He is customer focussed and very passionate about delivering an experience to our clients that changes the expectation in software consulting.

Mr. Mitchell is a leader, a strong business developer and project manager who specializes in ERP, HCM, and Workforce Management (specifically, Infor and UKG). Bill is dedicated to helping clients obtain the best consulting service experience and is driven to change the consulting services industry so clients Expect More℠.

Mr. Mitchell has owned his own staffing and talent management business, been in many management, sales, human resources, staffing, customer service, and delivery positions. One of his greatest attributes is putting the right team together to utilize the strengths of each resource for the betterment of the project and organization. Having Mr. Mitchell on our executive team brings a cohesiveness within the team, elevated level of customer service, and energetic leadership that helps us rally around each customer and project to be our best and offer top-shelf customer service.

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Schneider is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. He also oversees and manages all human resources and facilities activities. His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in consulting management, business leadership, corporate strategy and technical consulting.

Mr. Schneider has been a consultant for many fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo, Oracle, SAP, Robert Half International, Inc., National Semiconductor and even some Title III grants for educational institutions in the Silicon Valley.

Along his career path, Mr. Schneider has been involved in a dozen startups working in just about every role for the past 30 years. With Mr. Schneider on our executive team, he brings a real synergy of skills, attention to detail, and leadership that fortifies our company moving forward.
